Ryan Schuster is a social media manager at Fargo-based Bell Bank, where he oversees social media strategy, planning, posting and daily social media management (he also drinks lots of coffee). Ryan uses social media to help the bank connect and engage with customers on a more personal level, and provide quick and helpful customer service. He previously helped to manage Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota’s social media presence, and developed and edited a variety of different types of editorial content. Ryan spent 13 years as a reporter and editor for publications in Florida, California and North Dakota. Ryan lives in Fargo with his wife and two daughters (his tech support team).
