In today’s complex and high-risk environment, every engaged employee must play a role in good corporate governance. Bill Bojan, an expert in corporate governance and risk management, will provide an overview of a strong corporate governance process, and describe why it is important for all employees in an organization to work together to ensure healthy navigation forward. Sometimes mistakenly considered only a board responsibility, corporate governance is actually an area that requires company-wide attention, participation, and competency.  Learn what your role is in this mission-critical aspect of a healthy, vibrant bank of the future.
